Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that the user is authorized to charge a 100% cancellation fee, if patient fails to cancel the session 24 hours in advance. Exceptions can be done after agreement and evaluating the case of cancelation. Pre-pay the amount of the session at least 1 day before the scheduled appointment. The invoice will be sent via email after the session. Depending the service you receive the VAT/BTW will be included or excluded. Please be advised that for psychological services the VAT/BTW will be included while for coaching sessions and workshops it will be excluded.
