Mental health issues can have a profound impact on how we think, feel and behave. They can range from the daily worries we all have from time to time, to serious long-term problems that require treatment to manage effectively. Mental health issues can have a wide range of causes. Often, it is not known exactly why someone develops symptoms. There are, however, certain factors that are thought to play a role in triggering problems. These are: *psychological *physical *social and environmental Online mental health support (e-health) has been equally effective to face-to-face therapy for mild mental or emotional challenges including issues with relationships, work, life transitions, academic concerns and other life struggles. Counseling is focused on the following topics: * Anger * Anxiety & Stress * Panic Attacks * Depression * Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) * Phobias * Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) * Self-esteem * Negative Thinking

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that the user is authorized to charge a 100% cancellation fee, if patient fails to cancel the session 24 hours in advance. Exceptions can be done after agreement and evaluating the case of cancelation. Pre-pay the amount of the session at least 1 day before the scheduled appointment. The invoice will be sent via email after the session. Depending the service you receive the VAT/BTW will be included or excluded. Please be advised that for psychological services the VAT/BTW will be included while for coaching sessions and workshops it will be excluded.
